Poor Boy’s Riverside Inn has never disappointed, but last night, my waiter, Vee, served the best crawfish half & half I’ve ever eaten. Not exaggerating. Both the fried crawfish & etoufee were absolutely delicious. Now, the etoufee had a bit of a different taste, that not everyone may like? I loved it. The fried crawfish were your regular fried crawfish, but just better. They also have the best remoulade sauce!
Poor Boy’s Riverside Inn is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve always had a good time while there, & enjoyed the food.
The atmosphere is calm & relaxing. There are windows at some tables where you can sit & look at the pond outside. The whole restaurant is a bit of a tucked-away surprise. Go & enjoy.
