Both our seafood restaurants offer low carb, gluten free, heart healthy dishes as well as a vegetarian menu to our guests. If you don’t see what you want, just ask our staff. We will be happy to help you select the dishes that are right for your diet! Our delicious vegetarian menu includes our Garden Fresh Salad, our Creamy Vegetable Au Gratin, Creamy Vegetable Alfredo, The Leaning Tower of Poor Boys or our Loaded Baked Potato. And our Heart-Healthy Menu proves you don’t have to sacrifice taste by eating a healthy diet.

Our Heart Healthy menu items have been evaluated by a registered dietitian from Lourdes Lipid Management Program and found to meet the American Heart Association guidelines for healthy eating with 30% (or less) Total Fat. Our HH dishes include our Poor Boy Salad, Chicken Riverside, Grilled Blackened Tilapia or Shrimp Dee Dee.
