Seafood Gumbo
|
Container yields 1/2 gallon. Feeds 4. Complimentary gumbo filé included.
A dark Cajun stew with lots of shrimp, crabmeat, and oysters. Fully cooked.
Heating Directions: Defrost. Heat on stove on a medium fire without stirring. Bring to a low boil and simmer 10 minutes. Stir gently as not to break the crabmeat.
Serving suggestions: Serve over rice with lots of French bread on the side. Lightly sprinkle gumbo file (optional) over gumbo.
