Etouffée is Cajun for smothered.  Shrimp smothered down with onions and seasonings. Fully cooked.

 

Heating Directions: Defrost. Heat on stove on a medium-low fire stirring gently (especially the crab etouffee) until just bubbling, about 20 minutes.

Serving suggestions: Serve over rice with lots of garlic bread.
