Crawfish Etouffee
|
Container yields 1/2 gallon. Feeds 6.
Etouffée is Cajun for smothered. Crawfish smothered down with onions and seasonings. Fully cooked.
Heating Directions: Defrost. Heat on stove on a medium-low fire stirring gently (especially the crab etouffee) until just bubbling, about 20 minutes.
Serving suggestions: Serve over rice with lots of garlic bread.
